You know the first three of them as I have described them in bigger detail in some of my previous posts (i.e the etheric, astral and mental bodies). Starting from the nearest to the physical body, these layers are:

I do not fully agree with this idea as your longevity depends more on your thinking, for example, although your thoughts may depend on the colour of your clothes.
11. Your Energy Can Be Drained
It can be done by another person or other being, e.g. the negative extraterrestrial being or a demon (if you allow them to come near.) All of us have actually experienced that. It happens when you suddenly very tired or exhausted after spending some time with someone or talking to them (even on the phone).
To prevent this happen, when you know someone is toxic or your guts tell you so, close your aura. In this way, your energy will only circulate throughout your own body and around your own auric field. You can close your aura crossing your legs at the ankles and touching your fingertips together.
