  1. Always think positive.
  2. Eliminate negative thoughts as soon as they arrive
  3. Use the mantra PEACE – HARMONY – LOVE.
  4. Use the mantra STOP! IT DOES NOT SERVE ME.
  5. Use the mantra I CAN, I WILL COPE WITH, I WILL HANDLE.
  6. Use the mantra I AM THE LIGHT AND THERE IS NOTHING BEYOND MY LIGHT. I AM STRONG ENOUGH TO COPE WITH ANY NEGATIVITY AND DARKNESS.
  7. Say to yourself – as often as possible – I AM A WONDERFUL BEING, BELOVED CHILD OF THE UNIVERSE.
  8. Use your thoughts to create love, happiness, health. and abundance
  9. Speak only about the things you want.
