Bumpy Road to Rebuild the Mind…

Born in a family where alcohol and domestic violence were something frequent and considered normal, I never agreed with this situation and always knew that life could look differently.

Moreover, I suffered and still suffer from a long-term illness, which means more challenges in everyday life. For many years, I could not accept the fact that I would never be allowed to drive, for example.

Today I know that everything has a purpose in our life, but believe me, it was a long way or trial and error to discover this truth. You can now achieve this much faster by applying the wisdom of Awaken Mega Inner Self.

Since I was a teenager, I never stopped digging deeper. At first, I was reading books about healing relationships and being a happy person, written by Catholic authors. I was able to devour several books at once, hungry for knowledge and tips on how to be a happy person.

The sad truth was that I could not escape from a toxic environment at that time– my family and even work. I also struggled with abusive relationships.

For many years, I was playing the victim, blaming everyone and everything for having an illness and living with toxic people.

One day, a friend of mine gave me two self-help books about how to raise self-esteem and how to take charge of my life. That was a turning point.

Since then, I became a voracious reader in another category of books: self-development and psychology. I attended many courses and tested the ideas presented by their authors for the next 20+ years.

Eventually, I published my book Awaken Mega Happiness. This was another thesis in my life, this time also testing my inner strength.  I did not fully pass the test because it lacked a crucial aspect: the integration of energies and spirituality.  I was also unaware of the laws of the Universe.

Again, I delved into broadening my spiritual horizons, this time beyond any religion, testing these ideas. Now I am ready to share my wisdom with you.

The Life Lessons I Learnt…

The process was not easy and often painful, but I am grateful for the following lessons:

Have and pursue personal goals, which are truly yours.

You usually have some kind of goals when choosing your school and later a job. However, it is generally done for someone else’s benefit. Very few people, especially parents, will ask what you want and accept your choice.

The first lesson is: to build your inner strength, know what you want from life and follow the road map that is best for you.

One day, I wrote some goals on paper, and most of them materialised later. For example, I wrote the goal of moving out of my family, and it manifested: I left my home and moved to a new country, starting my life from scratch.

Never give up.

I had to learn it the hard way, struggling with a lack of friends, abuse, my illness, and sometimes financial hardship. But even then, I believed that there was always a way out. One of them was changing my environment, but I also learned that building my inner self matters.

Rebuild your mind.

Thoughts create our reality, manifesting and attracting the things, people, and events we focus on, whether positive or negative. I learnt to keep disempowering thoughts at bay by testing various techniques and dwelling on those that helped me create miracles in my life.
