How to Achieve Your Goals
Follow the script as written. This will guarantee you results. Five equally important steps will help you achieve your goals. Let’s start.
1. Nourish Your Desire
You need to be hot enough to act on your goal, and there will be challenges along the way.
Therefore, once you have chosen your goals, look again at your diary and read aloud why you want to achieve each. How do you increase your desire?
Visualise Your Goals
Firstly, select a word symbolising a reason for pursuing each of your goals. Make it simple as “health” or “freedom”. Do not choose too many words.
Once you have chosen the codes for your goals, every day, before falling asleep, focus on each of these words. Use all the senses to experience the goal fulfilled. How will you feel being free from your toxic sister? What would you say to yourself? How would it be not to see her message on your phone again?
Mind Programmer
Remember to work regularly on your goals. Some experts recommend 21 or 30 days; others say the number of repetitions matters. The truth is between: practice long enough and as many times as possible.
Firstly, focus on your goals for a given day. To know your weekly goals, projects and tasks, always set these goals every week. Knowing your yearly or monthly goals, the task should not be too difficult. Set your weekly and daily goals before using Mind Programmer.
Once you have written your tasks, set an intention for each day. For example, Today I am disciplined enough to complete Project …
es of your diary to reprogram your mind and you can write a whole paragraph instead of sentences to describe your new identity.
Affirm Your Desire to Achieve Your Goals
Napoleon Hill wrote:
“Whatever the mind of a man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
But to make your mind believe, repetitive affirmation is necessary. Therefore, read your intention and affirmations aloud once you have finished writing. Some say that mornings and the times before bed are the most effective. However, test how it works in your case.
2. Stimulate Your Senses with Your Goals
It simply means feeding your senses with pictures, words, or feelings. So hang sticky notes in your bathroom or kitchen, record your affirmations, listen frequently, and notice how you feel putting down the receiver or deleting a message from your sister on WhatsApp.
When you learn a skill, you surround yourself with prompts to help you remember and master it. The same rule applies to goals and subconscious mind programming.
3. Plan Your Work to Achieve Your Goals
You have your goals set already. Now, plan the steps and milestones—the weekly and daily tasks and projects. For example, if you know how often your sister calls, define the number of unanswered calls. It may be a limitation first, let’s say by half a day or week
4. Take Action to Achieve Your Goals
Nothing will happen without taking committed action. Even reading affirmations and having a good plan will not work unless you act. However, your efforts can be chaotic without affirming your goals and organising your work.
“Excellence/Perfection is not a destination; it is a continuous journey that never ends.” ― Brian Tracy
Hence, whenever your toxic sister rings or texts you and it is within the “elimination time” (the half of the day/week you decided to cease contact) – do not answer or text her back.
Fight Obstacles
You already know these monsters. There are some of them:
Physical obstacles – your body reacts fiercely as during the detox of someone who stopped taking drugs. Do not forget that she is your sister, and you are mentally and emotionally connected.
Think how broken-hearted or homesick people feel. Loneliness can be felt by your body as well. You may be unable to eat or sleep, for example.
Mental obstacles – you are not motivated enough because of low mood or nasty thoughts, forcing you to answer that toxic call while you know that she will hurt you again.
Once you know your obstacles, check your diary and brainstorm how to make your life easier.
Act to Achieve Your Goals
Recently, I have found some useful affirmations that motivate me whenever I am tempted to procrastinate or avoid uncomfortable tasks. One of them is:
I act despite discomfort because who will do it if not me?
Observe your deadlines, but do not treat them as the Bible. Sometimes, you cannot make it, e.g., in the case of force majeure, like a pandemic. However, beware of procrastination based on lack of motivation or avoiding discomfort. Modify your approach to achieve your goals.

Time Management
While working on your goals, remember to prioritise according to the 80/20 rule. This rule states that 20% of your actions will benefit you most.
The same works the other way – putting you down. Think of your conversations and meetings with toxic friends and family. Some were probably more stressful than others. However, those that were stressful destroyed your mood the most.
4. Track Your Progress to Achieve Your Goals
In my free e-book, I discuss this process in detail, using the example of changing your beliefs. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, do it now. The questions I ask there can be applied in other contexts as well.
You can use ready apps like HabitBull or progress checkers, which are available online. Marking your calendar also works well.
At the end of each day or week, ask yourself these questions:
- How many times have I succeeded?
- When have I failed?
- What can I do better the next time?
Written reflection will help you clarify your discoveries. I also encourage you to check your progress every month. You will be surprised by the result.
5. Meditate and Pray
Include God and Higher Beings in pursuit of your goals. Ask your soul and intuition in the case of being stuck or losing motivation, or when there are external obstacles. Sometimes the Universe may postpone your achievements to teach you something.
By meditating and praying, you can also connect with your subconscious mind and discover the strengths and challenges left after your past lives. Then you can address them as well, speeding up your progress. Learn more about how to meditate.
Last But Not Least, Never Give Up
Of course, it will be challenging to give up the toxicity of your sister by reducing or ending contact with her… but never give up trying.
There are no failures; there are only lessons. If you answer her call and then do not say ‘no,’ the world will not end. It is a lesson, and you can do better next time.

In a Nutshell
To achieve your goals, you need to take action. Plan the necessary steps to overcome obstacles and do the job. In the case of severe,e external challenges, modify the deadline. However, avoid habitual procrastination. Good luck with pursuing your goals. With lots of love and light,
