What Is Aura?
Aura is an immaterial energetic field surrounding your body. It also surrounds other things and beings, which means you can contact their auras by interacting with other people, animals, or even plants.
Everything is energy in the Universe. Even if you cannot see this energy, you can feel it. Quantum physics can confirm the existence of energy. A fascinating world of positive energy surrounds us. However, your aura must be solid and clean to benefit from it. Why?

What Has an Impact on Your Aura
Your aura reflects your thoughts, the energetic quality of your chakras, and your psychic state. Your chakras are the subtle space of energetic exchange, and your aura is your protective cocoon.
When you are healthy, serene, and calm, your aura radiates with light colours and very high vibrations. Your cocoon has no holes or breaks. Hostile forces have no access to your subtle bodies then and cannot detect you.
When You Don’t Strengthen Your Aura…
However, in the case of inner chaos, negative thoughts, depression or sadness, overwhelming or illness you emanate with low vibrations, your aura becomes dark, and your protective cocoon weakens, having scars and even holes. This happens because you don’t strengthen your aura, and scientists confirm it.
Then, you are vulnerable to negative beings emanating with low vibrations or energetic parasites. Hook-ups become very frequent then, and receiving a hex, bad charm, or malediction is easy.
How to Strengthen Your Aura?
Fortunately, you can strengthen your aura by caring for it daily, like your body or fitness. Meet the most efficient ways to improve your aura, choose your favourite ones, and practise them daily.
1. Grounding And Help From Nature
Nature is awesomely beautiful, fills us with gratitude, and raises vibrations. A scientist working for the Medical School of Exeter University tested 1000 individuals and confirmed that people living near green areas instantly improved their health. This improvement lasted for the next three years.
Green areas are important because they contain negative ions that purify your body from free radicals and strengthen your aura. If you sit in a stuffy room for too long, headaches start, you become tired, your mood deteriorates, and annoyance is present.
This happens because negative ions in the air decrease. Hence, it is essential to air the house regularly, stay outdoors, and strengthen the energy of a forest or another wilderness.
How To Charge with Negative Ions
Standing or walking barefoot is the best way of charging with the energy of Mother Earth, i.e., grounding. You can walk barefoot on the grass or in the power position when your spine is straight, your feet stand firmly on the ground, your knees are slightly bent, your chest is open, and your hands are raised.
By the way, a straight spine is a must in everyday life because it does not block the energy flow. Also, forget about crossing your legs. If you feel uneasy around someone, cross your hands and/or legs only when he/she is around. In this way, you protect your energetic field.
Negative ions are also present more significantly if you have a waterfall nearby or a drizzle outside. Adopt a cat or plant, e.g., chrysanthemum, coconut palm, gerbera, spider plant, or weeping fig.
2. Strengthen Your aura by Showering and Body Peeling
Not everyone lives by the waterfall; rain does not fall daily in some regions, but we have access to water in our house. You may have noticed that after having a shower, you feel like a newborn baby.
Current water purifies you from the influence of other people. It cannot be too warm. Let it flow down on you. Make an intention of purification and cleansing your aura. Let it be a conscious moment, not the shower when your thoughts are busy with work or an argument.
Peeling to liberate from negative influences also works well. Make it after staying in crowded places or when you return from a meeting in a lower mood. If you have a bath, bathe with sea salt. You can also light black or white candles.
3. Use Tapping
Energetic blockages can be removed by tapping or slapping the meridians of your body. You can do it at any time, at home or out. Tap energy points with your fingertips, like in EFT or TFT techniques. These points include:

4. Strengthen Your Aura by Using Crystals
You can also clean your aura by using crystals: clear quartz, onyx, tourmaline, or citrine. In addition, the green tourmaline repairs holes in the aura. Pick up one or more crystals and wear them as a pendant.
Then, the protective power will be with you all the time. Remember to clean and recharge your crystals from time to time. You can also sleep with these crystals or use them during meditation.

5. Expose to the Sunshine
The Sun does not only charge you with Vitamin D3 but also strengthens your aura and transforms your energy. It is critically important for the Solar Plexus Chakra.
Sunrays provide you with the energy of life, so take advantage of them as often as possible. In the winter, organise a short holiday by heading to a sunny place or taking a brief break from work to see the sunshine.
6. Practise Yoga and Exercise More
Yoga does not only mean a robust, fit body or calm mind. It is also a tool for switching energy flow. By practising yoga, you can repair and strengthen the holes in your aura, raising your vibrations. You are also open to love and compassion. Instead of yoga, you can use tai chi.
A sedentary lifestyle also brings about energetic stagnation. Move! Dance, do exercises, rum, swim. In this way, you become fitter and improve your body’s energy flow.
7. Strengthen Your Aura with Fire
Apart from the Sun, you can also use candles or the fire of your hearth. However, it is also advisable to make a bonfire occasionally if you have a garden. Focusing your attention on the fire calms and purifies you, as fire has very high vibrations that instantly raise them in your house or garden.
