Take the Test
I will give you three examples to test your current attitude in each case. Later, you will learn whether these are the creators’ or destroyers’ attitudes.
Holidays
Imagine this situation: you are walking around a luxury hotel. However, the service is bad and the food is tasteless. There is cold water in the bathroom and you cannot call your friends, due to a broken landline.
During dinner, the waiter is not friendly, the service is slow and you got the wrong course.
Add some more examples of inconveniences during your holiday, describing your flight, shopping, staying at the beach or transport by taxi.
How will you react? Bear and grin, crab or find anything positive during this stay?
Work
Let’s say that you are an employee. Is everything perfect in your company? How does the boss behave? Are there any breaks? Is lunch served and is it tasty? How can you describe your co-workers and clients?
What about your wages/salary and the opportunity for promotion? How long do you need to commute to work, how long do you wait in a traffic jam?
Again, test how happy you are with your professional life.
Relationships
How many flaws does your partner have? What are they? How bearable are they? What annoys you the most? Does your partner satisfy your core needs? Does he swear, or call names, is he crude? What about your sex life?
Your family: how do you get on with your parents, siblings and in-laws regularly? How do you describe your family members? Are there any conflicts? Is there anyone who is not on speaking terms?
Friends and acquaintances: are they sincere? Do they play fair? Who is backbiting, gossiping, who is jealous of things that you have?
Your Health
How happy are you with your looks, figure, and fitness? Do you like your eating regime and workouts? Are there any ailments like back or leg pain, or insomnia? What about seeing the doctor, and the dentist and taking medication?

Are You the Creator or the Destroyer?
If you started rambling and even looking for someone to listen to your bellyaching about any health challenges and inconveniences on holidays, at work, in your family or among your friends, beware. You are the worst destroyer of your life.
Why? Because the brutal truth is that you are the creator and this applies to both positive and negative things in your life. By regular crabbing, you create something that will destroy you. And it happens too often nowadays.
Why Does Crabbing Make You a Destroyer?
Crabbing is not the main topic of this article but I need to point out why doing so, you are creating an unhappy life. Know that you are the creator of your life all the time, even if sometimes your mind tells you a different story.
It simply happens because your thoughts, words and actions (like meeting people to complain about your life) manifest earlier or later in your life. What will happen then?
You face more challenges and discomfort. The Universe sends you more difficult lessons to learn. And then you have even more reasons to complain.. unless you master conscious creation.
What Will Happen Then?
Your situation will become permanent. The more you crab, the more often you face challenges, inconveniences, and tests that show you ‘The time has come to accept your life and create something different’.
But your thought patterns and in turn energetic hooks, and voices in your head will continue the creation of a miserable reality for you. Eventually, the outer world will control you.

The Destroyer Mindset
The scenario described below is the worst case but it starts to form when you crab, play the victim and do not take any action to create a solution to overcome a given challenge.
The destroyer mindset infected by negativity is characterized by self-sabotage and negative patterns of thinking. Destroyers often have a fear of failure and a lack of belief in their abilities.
You may tend to procrastinate, make excuses, or engage in self-destructive behaviours. Destroyers focus on what could go wrong instead of what could go right, and you often find yourself stuck in a cycle of negativity and self-doubt.
Ask yourself:
- Do you have a fear of failure that holds you back from pursuing your goals?
- Are you constantly focusing on the negative aspects of your life?
- Do you often find yourself making excuses or procrastinating instead of taking action?
If these traits resonate with you, don’t worry. It’s never too late to shift your mindset and become a creator in your life.

The Creator Mindset
The creator mindset is all about taking ownership of your life and actively working towards your goals. Moreover, you try to find a solution during each challenge, never giving up. Creators have a vision for what they want to achieve and take consistent action to make it a reality.
You embrace challenges and setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning. Creators are not afraid to step out of their comfort zones and try new things. They believe in their abilities and have confidence in their potential.
Ask yourself:
- Are you the type of person who sets clear goals and takes action towards achieving them?
- Do you embrace challenges and see them as opportunities for growth?
- Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone to pursue your dreams?
If so, congratulations! You are a creator in your life. Beware though to keep this mindset all the time as we usually have ups and downs.
