Aura is an immaterial energetic field surrounding your body. It also surrounds other things and beings which means that by interacting with other people and animals, or even plants and things, you contact their auras.

1. Grounding And Help From Nature

This improvement has lasted for the next three years.

Green areas are so important because they contain negative ions which purify your body and aura from free radicals. If you sit in a stuffy room for too long, headaches start, you become tired, your mood deteriorates and annoyance is present. It happens because of the decrease of negative ions in the air. Hence, it is important to air the house regularly, staying outdoors and charging with the energy of forest or other wilderness.

Standing or walking barefoot is the best way of charging with the energy of Mother Earth, i.e. grounding.   • 5. Under the Nose (UN) – On the small area between the bottom of your nose and the top of your upper lip.
  • 6. Chin (Ch) – Midway between the point of your chin and the bottom of your lower lip.
  • 7. Collar Bone (CB) – The junction where the sternum, collarbone and the first rib meet. You need to locate the K point. Locate it by placing your forefinger on the U-shaped notch at the top of the breastbone. From the bottom of the U, move your forefinger down toward the navel 2.5 cm and then go to the left (or right) 2.5 cm.
  • 8. Under the Arm (UA) – On the side of the body, at a point even with the nipple (for men) or in the middle of the bra strap (for women), 11 cm below the armpit.
  • 9. Wrists (WR) – The last point is the inside of both wrists.

By tapping, you remove energetic blockages from your aura. You can do it at any place and at any time.

4. Strengthen Your Aura By Using Crystals

You can also clean your aura by using crystals: clear quartz, onyx, tourmaline or cititne. In addition, the green tourmaline repairs holes in the aura. Pick up one or more crystals and wear as a pendant. Then the protective power will be with you all the time. Remember to clean and recharge your crystals from time to time. You can also sleep with these crystals or use them during meditation.
