9 Steps of Using Mind Control – Brainwashing

Many readers of my blog asked me to help them liberate themselves from mind control. Therefore, I have decided to publish a couple of articles about this topic. Firstly, learn what brainwashing is.

Our goal is to be happy in all dimensions: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. If our mental happiness is at risk, action has to be taken.

Mind control is one of the biggest dangers to your mental well-being. It has an impact on your thoughts, which, as you know, create your reality. Therefore, you need to take action to stop mind control.

What Is Mind Control

Mind control (also known as brainwashing, re-education, brain sweeping, coercive persuasion, thought control, or thought reform) is a general term for many controversial theories proposing that an individual’s thinking, behaviour, emotions or decisions can, to a greater or lesser extent, be manipulated arbitrarily by outside sources. – Wikiquote

Techniques Of Mind Control

There are many techniques of mind control. I describe only some of them because the topic is so broad that you could write a book. Plus, you would be overwhelmed with negativity. Today you will meet brainwashing.

Brainwashing

Wikiquote also explains that brainwashing originated in the Korean War when American prisoners of war who had been incarcerated by the Chinese returned to America espousing communist ideals.

This was particularly frightening at the time as the spectre of the communist Russian USSR, with its escalating nuclear capability, was causing ‘red under the bed’ paranoia, and the thought of Americans being converted to communism against their will was terrifying for many. –

Now let’s learn some techniques of brainwashing, which is the worst form of mind control. It is a process of the following stages:

1. Mind Control Entities Assault on Your Identity

The entities performing mind control will try to persuade you not to be who you think you are. This is a systematic attack on your sense of self (also called your identity or ego) and your core belief system.

The entity denies everything that makes you whole. For example, “You are not a good mother.” “You are not a man.” and anything else you identify with is questioned.

You are under constant attack for days, weeks or months, to the point that you become exhausted, confused, and disoriented. In this state, your beliefs seem less solid. Apart from sects, all commercials and ads do the same on a subtle level.

2. You Feel Increasing Guilt

It assumes that you are bad. You are facing an overwhelming sense of guilt by mercilessly repeated attacks on the subject for any “sin” you have committed, large or small.

There is also destructive criticism used here. In the sects and some religions, you are brainwashed as “sinful”

3. You Betray Your Self

The brainwasher gives you the message: agree with me that you are bad. In religious sects and sometimes corporations, once you are disoriented and drowning in guilt, the mind-controlling entity forces you to denounce your family, friends and peers who share the same “wrong” belief system that you hold.

4. You Break Down

After questioning your beliefs, the brainwashing entity brings you to the state of questioning yourself. You start asking questions: Who am I, where am I and what am I supposed to do?

With your identity in crisis, experiencing deep shame and having betrayed what you have already believed in, you may undergo what in the lay community is referred to as a “nervous breakdown.”

It may involve uncontrollable sobbing, becoming depressed and disoriented, and feeling completely lost and alone. At this point, the brainwashing entity sets up the temptation to convert to another belief system that will save the target from his misery.

5. Mind Control Entities Become More Lenient For a While

The mind-controlling entity pretends to be helpful in a state of crisis. They may offer you a drink of water, or free training so that you may experience a sense of relief and gratitude completely out of proportion to the offering.

6. You Feel the Urge to Confess

You are faced with the contrast between the guilt and pain of identity assault and the sudden relief of leniency, feeling the desire to reciprocate the kindness offered to you, and at this point, you may present the possibility of confession to relieve guilt and pain.

7. Guilt Is Attached to Your Belief System

The first stages of brainwashing lead the victims of mind control to a state where they have lost their meaning. They are not sure of doing something wrong but are convinced of it.

Therefore, something of a blank slate emerges which needs to be filled in. The brainwashing entity attaches guilt again, a sense of “wrongness,” to whatever they want.

Guilt is attached to the belief system the brainwasher is trying to replace. The victim starts to believe this new belief system that is the cause of his or her shame.

The Consequences

The contrast between old and new has been established: The old belief system means psychological (and usually physical) agony, while the new one enables one to escape this state.

The victim of mind control starts arguing: “It’s not me; it’s my beliefs”. He or she feels a relief learning that there is an external cause of his or her wrongness and that they can escape it.

If you are the victim of brainwashing, all that you have to do is denounce the people and institutions associated with that belief system so that pain will vanish.

The victims of brainwashing confess everything to the entity performing mental experiments on them.

8. Mind Control Entities Introduce a New Belief System

The entity installing mind control introduces a new belief system as the path to “good.” At this stage, abuse is stopped and physical comfort together with mental calm is offered, if you accept the new belief system.

As the victim of brainwashing, you must choose your fate, having already denounced your old belief system in response to leniency and torment.

9. You Start a New, Controlled Life

The victim of brainwashing eventually says: “I choose the good”, following the new ideas installed by the entity performing mind control. You cling to the new belief like a life preserver rejecting the old one. Then you pledge allegiance to the new one because it is going to make your life better.

There are often rituals or ceremonies to induct the converted victim of mind control into his new community. It is a standard met in the sects and other religious communities, Free Masons, or some corporations.‍

In a Nutshell

Today you have learned what mind control is. I have described the brainwashing technique and all its stages. My next article will discuss the remaining techniques, so stay tuned to this website and visit it in a couple of days. With lots of love and light,
